About Nahualesmayas Tree Service and How Referrals Work

A fallen tree in a residential yard in Tinton Falls with a homeowner taking photos

Who We Are

Nahualesmayas Tree Service is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Tinton Falls and the Tinton Falls area with independent tree removal providers. We do not do the work. The providers in our network do.

Why We Exist

One idea sits behind this site: a tree job goes better when the homeowner is organized. People who reach the first conversation with photos, dated notes and saved paperwork tend to get clearer estimates. An insurance conversation is also easier.

So the routine is short:

1. Photos first, then call. Take wide and close shots from a safe distance. 2. Write dated notes. What happened, when, and what the tree is touching. 3. Save records. Past quotes, receipts, policy details, claim numbers. 4. Document, then decide. Compare written estimates side by side.

How Providers Are Matched

First, you describe the job by phone or through the request form. Next, you are pointed to a local provider that handles that kind of work, such as planned removal, stump grinding or storm tree clearance. Then the provider speaks with you directly, asks questions and gives an estimate. Availability varies, so Request a callback to check which providers can respond quickly.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers are independent businesses. We ask them to:

  • Explain the scope of work in plain words
  • Give a written estimate before work starts
  • Answer questions about cleanup, haul-away and stump grinding
  • Treat your property and your neighbors' property with care
  • Be upfront about permits or utility steps

Check each provider's own license and insurance details yourself. Ask for them in writing.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not climb, cut, haul or grind.
  • We do not set prices. Your price comes from the provider's written estimate.
  • We do not decide insurance outcomes. Some policies may cover sudden damage; check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
  • We do not promise a start date. Timing is between you and the provider.

Why Timing Matters

A fallen tree changes over hours and days. In the first hours, the concern is safety and keeping people clear. Over the next day or two, wet snow, thaw or rain can add weight and let water into damaged areas. After that, delays can mean more damage and more cleanup. Early photos and notes show how things looked at the start.

How We Are Paid

Some providers pay Nahualesmayas Tree Service a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them. You pay the provider for the work, based on your written agreement with them.
